Transparency and easy billing practices are at the core of our business.  We offer competitive rates, flexible pricing and payment plans to suit each client’s specific needs, including, in some cases, flat fees for document preparation and mutually agreeable caps for hourly projects. We always discuss pricing in detail, in advance, and any and all attorney-client agreements are always in writing.

We require that before any legal work ensues, a formal attorney-client relationship is formed and all appropriate documents are negotiated, exchanged, signed and submitted.  A signed contract between attorney and the client is a mandatory component to engagement of a lawyer in California.
